To return or exchange an item, please call 1 877-212-8122 or 204-947-1322 to obtain a Return Authorization number. Please include a copy of your RA# and your contact information inside of the package and ensure your RA# is recorded on the outside of your package. Please call to obtain your RA# before returning any items. Items received as gifts can be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value. Hilary Druxman is not responsible for lost or damaged goods in transit. All philanthropy pieces are final sale.

How do clean my Hilary Druxman jewelry?
Each piece of Hilary Druxman jewelry is meticulously handcrafted and therefore needs to be treated with care. The following cleaning instructions ensure you will enjoy your Hilary Druxman sterling silver and 18k gold designs for a life time.
- Place jewelry on a double layer of aluminum foil in a small dish
- Add 3 tablespoons of baking soda
- Pour boiling water onto the jewelry
- Soak for 10 minutes
- Remove and pat dry with paper towel
For stubborn tarnish, pour off water and rub jewelry with wet baking soda paste, follow by rinsing. Some of Hilary Druxman’s collections are adorned with natural gemstones and pearls, they may very in shape, size and colour. Inclusions can be seen in natural stones and is part of their organic beauty. Pearls and most gemstones do not mix well with cleaning agents or polishing cloths.
